Sealing Unit: Double seam sever sealing facilities as standard. Giving the pouch an attractive, secure and hygienic seal. Seal bars easily removed for cleaning without the need for any tools.

Vacuum Quick Stop: Liquids boil at a lower temperature under vacuum. When the boiling point is reached, the vacuum quick stop allows you to stop the evacuation and seal the pouch.
Soft Air/Progressive Ventilation: Within a cycle, the air flows in very slowly at first and then gathers speed. The full pressure of the vacuum is not applied until the pouch has gently formed around the product. This means that soft products retain their shape and there is less danger of hard products puncturing the pouch.
Gas Flushing: (Optional on C200 & above) This allows you to pack your product in any MAP mix you wish, as long as the O2 level is less than 21%.
Absolute Vacuum Sensor: Vacuum is created to a set pressure rather than pulling a vacuum for a set period of time, like many other makes of machine. Being able to pack to a set pressure is critical for Sous-Vide, in particular. Too tight and the product is crushed or damaged. Too loose and cooking quality and consistency is lost.
Stainless Steel Tilted Insert: (option on C70 included on C100 & above) This keeps the pouch at the correct angle, which is very important with liquids. The product support bar is held in place magnetically and can be positioned exactly where needed.
Plastic Filler Plates: These are used to support the pouch and reduce the chamber volume, speeding up the evacuation cycle.
Vacuum Pump: All our machines come equipped with powerful, high quality Busch pumps. Chosen for their robustness and reliability.
Easy Maintenance: The few maintenance operations the machine requires are easy for users to carry out. The oil should be changed regularly and the seal tape should be replaced when necessary.
Lockable Control: Menus and recipes can be locked to protect against deliberate or accidental changes.
Removable Seal Bar: Simply push on seal bars, easy to maintain and clean with no electric cables.
